Ready to Scale? LIFT WEIGHTS

At our recent Western Canada Leadership Accelerator in Regina, I had the opportunity to talk about one of my favourite subjects, the pathway to a higher level of leadership.

We don’t need more leaders.

We need more heroes.

Just as we have stretched into higher levels of performance in sport, I believe the best way to stretch ourselves into our ultimate potential to lead deeply fulfilling lives is by providing a clear, direct framework for a leader’s path.

The Leader Path provides a strategic way to move forward in the same way an athlete follows a particular path to reach his or her goals.

Today, I’m going to share some thoughts on the second stage of the path.

I’ve dedicated over half my life to building strength- quite literally to building physical strength, studying the relationship between strength and confidence/courage and teaching woman to activate their own.

Here’s what I know forsure: BRAVERY is like any other muscle.

It needs to be used in order to grow stronger.

In fact, without resistance, we will never fully activate the potential of our strength, confidence and courage.

🔥  If you want to Be a stronger leader:  BE stronger.

🔥  If you want to BE courageous and scale your business and impact:  BE stronger.

🔥  If you want to BE brave and make tough decisions:  BE stronger.

🔥  If you want to BE more confident in your pitches and presentations:  BE stronger.

🔥  If you want to LIFT your energy, attitude, vibrancy and magnetism:  LIFT. LIFT. LIFT.

We are physical beings. In order to bring our WHOLE selves to how we lead daily, we must include our bodies, our physical strength, in that conversation.

Ready for more?  Ready for non-typical?

Happy to chat.
