In weight-training, gains are maximized by those who understand the value of repetition. Weekly schedules prioritize consistency and repetition of workouts and meals that provide quality fuel. And in the gym, results are reeled in by finding their edge, pushing past preconceived limits, and using mind-to-muscle connection to create action.
Over the next eight weeks I’ll be taking on a LEAN TO LEAD Challenge as I prepare for an opportunity that I’ve been waiting for. I’m thrilled to be one of the ‘Trailblazers” on a panel alongside Kim Fitzpatrick, Brady Johnson, Trina Medves, Sarah O’Halloran, and Nadine Vandenheuvel, 2016 canfitpro Personal Training Specialist of the Year. Grateful to Mo Hagan for this opportunity, a powHERful leader in the Canadian fitness industry who I have admired for years, and excited to meet Tosca Reno, a role model in the industry who has inspired thousands of women.
